So the build has begon

Bar end mirrors ready

This is it for now. In august I'll go on with the build and start with seat/tail section than the gastank. I'm thinking of using another type not sure which one....

Mirrors allmost ready

They only need to be polished,the mirrors glued in and install them in the handle bar.

Started with the bar end mirrors

Made them out alloy (aluminium) There not ready yet. I didn't had much time today so...hope to get them ready next week. The diameter is only 6,5cm.

This is where I'm going for with the intruder. I'm not a crack with the pc so sorry for the crappy sketch. The color is gonna be metallic silver.

Ned's radiatorcover

Done for now. There will be a grill installed when it's painted.

So mister funny bunny ollie saw a similarity in the helmet of ned kelly and the intruder headlight.I 've never heard of this guy so he mailed me some pics. Looks like a cool dude to me so Nedruderkelly is born . In short just Ned :)

The mask headlight

Ready for now. I'm going to reshape the radiatorcover now. We did a little testride with the xs and dragrat. Floris velthuis (photographer) is coming sunday. Hope it will be a sun shinny day....

Megatotototon

Mounted the mufflers on the intruder and they sound nice. I will shoot a video next week. Hope to get the headlight on tuesday when we're back from GRASPOP.

The Mask

or fairing,or numberboard whatever you want to call it is allmost done. Only need to fit in another bulb. Sprayed some zinkspray on it for now, so it wouldn't rust.

My new helmet and megaton mufflers for the intruder came in today.

New handlebar again :)

Shortend the front fender

 and teared the sissybar and blinkers off. The front headlight is allmost done. I orderd megaton mufflers and a new helmet.

As for the xs it's finished now and were waithing for floris velthuis to come by and take some nice pics...

MASK

So the paintjob for the xs is still not ready and we're not gonna meet our deadline. No bottrop kustom show for us.

I worked a little bit on the intruder. I'm going for a tracker style. Made an other handlebar and I'm busy with headlight  mask.....

started with the intruder today

So today we worked a little bit on the intruder. Lowered the front end 4cm, made a handlebar (not what I had in mind) We didn't had much time today. Also picked up the painted frame and stuff from the xs this evening. It looks great :)
