Last week I installed a Mikuni flatslide on the Sportster.  This is A video of the first run.

Not much happend in motorcycle land for me. Because I'm to busy working around the house... This week I had some spare time and changed the sporty a bit with a cowl,  avon tracker tyres,....

Ride

Not much happend the last weeks because we went graspop metal meeting and Antwerp metal meeting.  Yesterday my buddy Roy took bus fathers Intruder we did an evening ride. The road went to Qaurtier Lantin in Kaldenkirchen were the Sideshow meeting is every year.  

  

I prept the sporty for out trip to the czech republic next week.

Trip

We had a few day's of from work. So I took the sporty out for some trips. Day one wasn't without trouble. Seemd the carb Float level was not high enough. Also changed the mainjet. Now she Runs perfect.

Went out for a ride today. Started sunny but ended wet

Found a brand New sully's custom seat on the World wide web for a cheap price.

Today I mounted the green gastank and relocated the coil.

The inner coating in the gastank needs to dry a few day's more. Better pics soon .

Saturday I took her out for a little ride and she runs good..

First running after conversion

She started first click. Needs some fine tunning but first the weather needs to clear up a bit.

Only the slow jet needs to be installed when it gets here

The 1200cc high compression engine is ready and sparkplugs spark. Now it's waiting on the bigger slow jet and finish the carb.
